Every Wednesday at 6:15pm at Oyoun Yoga-teacher Helen Workneh invites you to practice yoga in a cosy and safe environment. This is a BIPOC only space and open for all levels. You need to bring your own mat. In addition, a sweater or blanket might come in handy for the final relaxation.
Classes are 75 minutes and cost 5-15€ which will be payed in cash upon arrival. 5€ applies for people with low income, 10€ is the regular contribution. Persons who have the means and like to support can pay 15€. The capacity is limited, so make sure to secure your spot on time. To sign up or get more information click here.

About the teacher:
Helen is a Berlin based yoga teacher with Ethiopian roots.
She believes in the uplifting benefits of yoga for all, regardless of culture, gender and class and creates spaces for BIPOC to practice yoga in a safe setting. Helen understands yoga as a spiritual path that goes beyond the physical aspect and has the potential to enhance both the individual and collective well being.

The same applies to any kind of violent, aggressive or abusive behavior. Oyoun offers a safe space for everyone, an open forum for dialogue and a place where we support and stand up for one another.
