DESCRIPTION:Palestine Cinema Days 2023 \nAs international news outlets\, world leaders\, and major social media platforms are engaging in censorship and distorting the narrative\, all while perpetuating the dehumanization of Palestinians and their enduring suffering\, we extend our channels in support of "Palestine Cinema Days" Festival\, which was forcibly canceled. \n\nOne day after the somber anniversary of the Balfour Declaration\, observed on November 2nd\, and in an effort to amplify Palestinian voices\, on November 3rd we are screening “Stitching Palestine” directed by Carol Mansour at 6:00 pm and “The Tale of the Three Jewels” directed by Michel Khleifi from 8:00 pm. at Oyoun.\, Berlin\, Germany. Through their stories\, the individual weaves into the collective\, yet remaining distinctly personal. Twelve women\, twelve life-spans and stories from Palestine; a land whose position was fixed on the map of the world\, but is now embroidered on its face. \nFilm 2: The Tale of the Three Jewels by Michel Khleifi  (1995)| Arabic with English subtitles \nOne day\, as he is bird-hunting\, he becomes the hero of a modern-day tale: Yussef falls in love with Aida.
