Kris Eshu 007 tretet in ganz Europa auf\, organisiert Bälle\, gibt Workshops\, fördert Ballroom und schafft mehr Räume für die queere BIPOC-Gemeinschaft. Zuvor studierte Kris Eshu 007 Psychologie an der University of Birmingham (Msc) und führte eine Dissertation über die Wirksamkeit einer Selbsthilfegruppe bei Menschen mit Psychose durch. Während Kris Eshu 007 Arbeit in London in der Palliativpflege in einem Hospiz entdeckte Kris Eshu 007 persönlich die heilende und therapeutische Wirkung des Tanzes\, insbesondere in Form von Voguing. \nKris Eshu 007 schloss sich dem Kollektiv House of Saint Laurent (ehemals House of Melody\, dem ersten deutschen Ballroom) an und half\, Ballroom in Deutschland und Europa zu etablieren. Unter anderem hat Kris Eshu 007 bereits mit Kunstschaffenden wie Peggy Gou\, Cakes da Killa\, Peaches\, Joanna Lumley (Secret Berlin) und Keanu Reeves für John Wick 4 zusammengearbeitet\, um nur einige zu nennen. Im Jahr 2022 verließ Kris Eshu 007 das Kollektiv Saint Laurent\, um sich um mehr Soloprojekte zu bemühen und eine eigene künstlerische Praxis zu entwickeln. DESCRIPTION:Jede Woche lädt die Yogalehrerin Helen Workneh im Oyoun dazu ein\, in einer gemütlichen und sicheren Umgebung Yoga zu praktizieren. Dies ist ein geschützter Raum für BIPoC und offen für Anfänger bis Fortgeschrittene. Du musst deine eigene Matte mitbringen. Außerdem kann ein Pullover oder eine Decke für die abschließende Entspannung nützlich sein. \nDie Kurse dauern 75 Minuten und kosten 5-15€\, die bei der Ankunft in bar bezahlt werden müssen. Für Menschen mit geringem Einkommen gelten 5 €\, der reguläre Beitrag beträgt 10 €. Personen\, die über die nötigen Mittel verfügen und den Kurs unterstützen möchten\, können 15 € zahlen. DESCRIPTION:Liaam Iman lädt ein zu einer Reise durch poetische Landschaften der Vorfahren\, vielfältige Stimmlagen und polyrhythmisches Trommeln\, inspiriert von nordafrikanischer\, keltischer und Balkan-Musik und ruft verstummte Stimmen und Geschichten für einen Moment des Gedenkens\, des Miteinanders und der Heilung auf.  \nLiaam ist ein*e vielseitige*r Sänger*in\, Komponist*in\, Perkussionist*in und Reiki-Praktiker*in algerischer und kabylischer Abstammung. Nach dem Abschluss an der Kunsthochschule im Jahr 2012\, mit einer Spezialisierung auf interaktive Performance und Choreografie\, erforscht Liaam die Überschneidungen zwischen Migration\, Zugehörigkeit und Heilung durch Musik und Performance. \nSeit 2005 hat Liaam an einer Vielzahl von Musik-\, Theater- und Kunstprojekten in vielen europäischen Ländern und in Tunesien gearbeitet\, wo Liaam den Musikpreis des internationalen feministischen Festivals Chouftouhonna 2017 gewonnen hat. Derzeit lebt Liaam in Berlin und arbeitet am Solo-Debütalbum. \n\nSonic In(ter)ventions ist eine Jamsession. Out of Time Embassy (OOTE)\, sind Kulturschaffende\, die auf die heutige Zeit mit dem Aufbau von Gemeinschaften reagieren und bewusst Klang und Heilung zu energiegeladenen Improvisationssitzungen zusammenführen. Räume werden als interaktive Meditationsorte für historische Ausgrabungen\, Archivproteste und kreative Verarbeitung neu konzipiert. DESCRIPTION:This project is almost a trance\, feminine\, the fact that I am behind every sound that is played makes this project an intimate universe where being a woman is felt and heard without venturing into feminist discourses. - Badiâa Bouhrizi \nDie dem tunesischen Musikunderground entsprungene Badiâa Bouhrizi ist eine stimmgewaltige Sängerin und Songschreiberin\, die es in sich hat. Ihre sozial engagierten Texte lässt sie in ihre von der Neo-Soul-Welle inspirierten Musik einfließen. Sie hat ihren eigenen Stil entwickelt\, indem sie gekonnt Jazz\, Soul\, Reggae und elektronische Elemente mit ihren sensiblen\, gesellschaftsbewussten und politisch engagierten Texten verbindet. \nIm Alter von sieben Jahren begann Badiâa als Solistin in einem lokalen Chor in Tunis und schloss sich später dem Chor Tahar Haddad an\, der sich klassischen arabischen Musikformen wie der andalusischen Muwashah und dem nordafrikanischen Malouf widmete. Von der klassisch-arabischen Musik wechselte sie zu Rock-Covern mit ihrer Band Black Angels und später mit der tunesischen Ethno-Rock-Band Dayrib. Während ihres Studium der Musikwissenschaft in Paris begann sie\, mit einer Vielzahl von Genres zu experimentieren und sich mit ihren tunesischen Wurzeln zu beschäftigen\, insbesondere mit der Amazigh-Berber-Musik der nordafrikanischen Ureinwohner\, die von pentatonischen Skalen und afrikanischen Rhythmen geprägt ist. \nSeit den Revolutionen von 2011 teilt Badiâa ihre Musik auf der Bühne und begeistert das Publikum bei jeder Show mit der Magie des Augenblicks\, die durch ihre Interaktion mit der Energie des Publikums entsteht. DESCRIPTION:Wir treffen uns jeden Mittwoch um 18:30 im ersten Stock des Oyoun\, um  gemeinsam in einem gemütlichen und sicheren Rahmen Yoga zu  praktizieren. Das ist ein BIPOC only space und für alle Level offen. Du  brauchst also keine Vorerfahrungen. Bring deine Matte und ein Tuch oder  eine Decke für die Endentspannung mit. Falls du Yogablöcke hast\, kannst  du auch die einpacken.  \nDie Klassen dauern 75 Minuten und kosten 5€ für Geringverdiener*innen\,10€ regulär und 15 € für Supporter. Bezahlt wird vor Ort in Bar. She’s interested in themes relating to freedom and shifting the contexts in which we dream and create futures in the present. In her artistic work\, Abdulkarim focuses on questions relating to freedom and dreaming\, such as in the project We Should All Be Dreaming created with Sonya Lindfors. Abdulkarim has scripted the award-winning short film Dream Dream in the Single Case series by Tuffi Fulms and represented Finland at the Venice Biennale (2018). She has co-founded the Feminist Party and served as Vice President of the Union of Women’s Affairs. In 2019\, Abdulkarim was awarded the Minna Canth Award for her work on furthering equality.  \n__Dr. Emilia Roig \nRenowned social justice leader\, author\, and expert on intersectionality\, diversity\, equity\, inclusion and non-discrimination Emilia Roig has been shifting the discourse on systemic inequalities in Europe through the creation of the Berlin-based Center for Intersectional Justice (CIJ)\, the publication of her book WHY WE MATTER\, her numerous speaking engagements and her high-level consultancy services. \n__Jasmina Music \nJasmina Musić was born in 1988 in Banja Luka and came to Dortmund with her family as a five-year-old. She studied acting in Hamburg and Tuzla\, as well as psychology in Cologne. She is a co-founder of the diverse female collective Her.Story\, which will conduct research on the topic of violence against women and on the genocide in Bosnia and Germany in the 2021 theatre season. \n__ShaNon Bobinger (Moderation)  \nShaNon Bobinger is a moderator and systemic life and business coach. Since then\, he has built an impressive artistic career in Berlin's performance art scene and beyond. Emrah is the mother of an artist collective called "House of Royals\," which provides a space for BIPOC LGBTQIA+ asylum seekers and refugees from countries such as Syria\, Palestine\, Malaysia\, Libya\, and the like.  \nLuna Tiktok is an international teasin’ and crowd pleasin’ Burlesquera and Drag artist. With a fabulous fusion of filth\, ferocity and raw sensuality\, Luna is a multifaceted delight to the senses that’ll always have you comin’ back for more! \nKeil Li Divõn is the first *out* libyan drag queen. Keil comes from a society where men don't and shouldn't express emotions\, so she chose writing & singing to express herself. At the age of 15 she became best friends with paper & pen and started her songwriting journey. She was always interested in playing with her gender. The first time she put on make-up was to cover a bruise on her eye that her father had given her\, using her mother's concealer. Keil Li Divõn is the super-sized-doll\, that came from the moon to take over planet earth and make everyone as gay as possible. \nShingo Masuda First time with us and we are super happy to have this super talented artist at our event. While you take your seats and order your meals\, his traditional music sound will join your dinner time. Shingo Masuda\, born in Osaka\, is a Japanese kanun player. He was trained in piano and permission. In 2009 he turned to kanun. In various Arab countries he traveled to\, he learned the basics of playing kanun and oriental music. \nDina Egyptian Rose is an original Berliner with roots in Egypt. She has been dancing since she was a child and comes from a musical family. Since the 90s she has developed a passion for henna art and oriental dance\, which ever since she is committed to with body and soul. She not just dancing\, she is also flying. She is one of the most professional dancer with isis wings. \nJulie Dancer “I´m Julie Dancer\, 31years old from Malaysia\, now I'm living in Berlin with refugee status. I'm a professional in Indian classical dance and Bollywood dance. I have 15 years experience as a stage performance artist. In Berlin I got a chance to perform in the Super Talent 2019 TV show but unfortunately I got rejected because of my gender and canceled my show. But I am lucky and got a chance to perform in Berlin at so many clubs and parties organized by queer artists collective QueerBerg . My achievement is to become famous Bollywood dancer\, build a community in Berlin\, inspire them and start my own Safe Bollywood dance studio for other queer & trance people." \nMaria Asskaf (German/Syrian) is a well known and appreciated bellydance artist and teacher from the north of Germany\, based in Berlin. She was the former dancer and choreographer in the famous Madi Varieté theatre for many years\, performed nationally/internationally in all kind of clubs\, shows and TV. She also organized her own dance parties „Wahda&Nos“ with a live band as well. Maria started to practice this special dance at age 9 - and is still addicted. Combining smooth\, earthy movements with her very own feminine and elegant stage presence she loves to share her knowledge in classes and workshops to create an inner balance\, better understanding and stronger body. \nMaïmouna Coulibaly is a Malian French born and raised in France. With her "Booty Therapy" she wants to empower women and more. Her specialty is booty shake twerk\, especially afro urban dances. She’s mixing her universe with Burlesque. The cocktail can be very sensual and extremely explosive. \nQueerberg is a collective founded by House Of Royals. We are from so far different countries and cultures. It started with Refugee performers to give them space to express their Art\, since it was hard for them because of variety of reasons such as language difficulties\, racism etc... As a group of refugees\, we also have a deep mental connection and understanding with each other\, we bond over our trauma\, since we have similar background. Although most of us lost their families\, but we still have each other to support. Welcome to the Black & Brown Cabaret Show 2021 by Prince Emrah & Queerberg. \nOn 24 September\, we want to honor the thriving culture of BIPOC immigrant\, refugee bodies of all shapes and sizes with a modern fusion of cabaret & burlesque by extraordinary performance artists visualizing their story with identity\, presence\, and audacity. \nBlack & Brown Cabaret Show will present brilliant queer POC performers from various countries and cultures. We are from so far different countries and cultures. It started with Refugee performers to give them space to express their Art\, since it was hard for them because of variety of reasons such as language difficulties\, racism etc... As a group of refugees\, we also have a deep mental connection and understanding with each other\, we bond over our trauma\, since we have similar background. Although most of us lost their families\, but we still have each other to support. And thanks to many places that support us and validate us\, we've grown and come so far. IG: @queerberg_soliparty \nPrince Emrah (pronouns she/he) is a professional belly dancer\, a dance trainer\, a beauty&wellness student\, a make-up artist\, a DJ\, and an occasional drag queen based in Berlin. A few years ago\, she arrived in Berlin as a refugee from Turkmenistan and is of Kurdish&Azerbaijan descent. Since then\, he has built an impressive artistic career in Berlin's performance art scene and beyond. Emrah is the mother of an artist collective called "House of Royals\," which provides a space for BIPOC LGBTQIA+ asylum seekers and refugees from countries such as Syria\, Palestine\, Malaysia\, Libya\, and the like.
