VIRTUAL EXHIBITION: UN:IMAGINABLE
In the 1990s, the conflicts in Rwanda and the Balkans shocked the world. The cultural backgrounds of these conflicts are different, and yet they have a lot in common: apart from the temporal parallels, both pursued a policy of segregation and division that ended in tragic events that culminated in genocide. Their traces are still woven into societies today; Testimonies and memories endure.

It will be presented there in the form of a film screening, accompanied by a discourse program. Melina Borčak is responsible for curating them.

OYOUN IN KIGALI
This year's edition of the Ubumuntu Arts Festival in Kigali is over and those who were there were able to see the premiere of Asmaa Sbou & Senait Sebhatleab's performance "I see you - you see me". The work of the two Curator*s LAB 2021 alumni is a powerful piece about healing, love and the memories of Black and Afro-Diasporic bodies.
