MARYSE GABUGANZE & JOHANNA WOLLIN

Maryse Gabuganze, a Burundian psychology student, works in the field of community development as a project facilitator with people from marginalized groups. Maryse supports the establishment and management of small businesses and helps them to become financially independent. Johanna Wollin has come a long way: she studied literature and worked in supermarkets, hostels, bakeries and cafes until she became a full-time storyteller. Now she tells people from young to old fairy tales, myths and legends from all over the world.

Maryse and Johanna work together as part of the Kulturweit tandem program on the conception of a workshop on the topic of "identity". Despite their different working environments, the two have found one thing in common that connects them: bringing people together!
