Mohamedali Ltaief

Mohamed Ali Ltaief is a Tunisian, Berlin-based director, visual artist and author.
In 2013 he joined the Motus theater company; performed, worked and wrote in Nella Tempesta (performance), Caliban Cannibal (performance) and Call me X (video installation) as part of 2011> 2068
Animale Politico Project with Silvia Calderoni on stage. In 2019 he presented the performance 'Ghosts
of Meaning', which premiered at HAU2 Berlin as part of the festival “The Present Is Not Enough”. Mohamedali published 'Manifesto of a Trans-Orientalist Aesthetic' followed by performative research. 
During the 2011 “Tunisian Revolution”, he co-founded the anonymous art collective Ahl Al-Kahf. In collaboration with the group, mainly visual works, street performances and texts were created during demonstrations / strikes all over Tunisia.
