MOUDJAHIDATE* – WOMEN*, RESISTANCE, QUEER ALLIANCE
After we already had the first photos from the opening of the exhibition “Moudjahidate* – women*, resistance, queer alliance” were allowed to share, here are some insights from the associated discourse program “Maghreb* alike”. In the first week of November, the focus of the exhibition, which honors activists* in the struggle for freedom and self-determination for their people and for themselves in the context of the Algerian liberation from France, was enriched by queer voices from the neighboring Maghreb regions. Among other things, there will be a concert by the Tunisian singer Badiaa Bouhrizi aka. Neysatu, a performance by Kenza Mala Badi and a sonic intervention with the Out of time embassy and Liaam Iman.
