Yoga for BIPOC -Diaspora wellness club

We meet every Wednesday at 18:30 p.m. on the first floor of Oyoun to practice yoga together in a comfortable and safe setting. This is a BIPOC only space and open to all levels. So you don't need any previous experience. Bring your mat and a towel or blanket for final relaxation. If you have yoga blocks, you can pack those too.
The classes last 75 minutes and cost €5 for low earners, €10 regular and €15 for supporters. Payment is made in cash on site. Seats are limited, so register early enough. If you have to cancel, please let us know in good time so that your place can be taken.
Classes can be held in English, too!

About our artists:
As a Jivamukti yoga teacher with Ethiopian roots, Helen has been teaching in Berlin for more than three years.
She believes that yoga should be accessible to everyone regardless of cultural, ethnic or socio-economic background and creates spaces where BIPOC can practice in a safe environment. For Helen, yoga is a spiritual practice that goes beyond the physical and has the potential to transform the lives of individuals and entire communities for the better.
