"FORGOTTEN TEAM", photographed by Mohamed Badarne, is a photo exhibition in solidarity with migrant workers in Qatar.
The photographic storytelling project focuses on the lives of migrant workers who laid the foundations for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Mohamed Badarne is a Palestinian freelance photographer based in Haifa and Berlin. He works mainly for the United Nations and on private projects. His work depicts visual stories about people's concerns and the details of their lives. Badarne offers workshops in Palestine and abroad using photography as a tool for social change and to elucidate human rights issues. His works have been exhibited at the United Nations in Geneva and New York, among others, and have been purchased by institutions such as Darat El Funoun in Amman, the ILO and the Katara Center in Qatar, and other art centers.
